"I was handling some home and auto insurance decisions for my dad as he had given me POA to deal with tasks while he was in the hospital. My husband and I were in town for a few short days and Melissa was available to meet and discuss next steps for the policies—even on an unexpectedly snowy day. We explained that these policies may only be active for a few short months, but we all knew that proper insurance is important. She walked us through each step and helped us answer questions based on prior policies. As long time State Farm clients ourselves, we appreciate the individual attention and personal acknowledgment we receive. Melissa has kept me apprised on changes and has made it easy to close out the policies now that the assets have been sold. "I have been a customer more than 20 years and you will not find a better agent . I have had several claims over the years and they go above and beyond every time in handling the claim . "I just moved here from Kentucky and transferred my insurance from another State Farm agency there. We upgraded my coverages, added other options and added new policies and did so and actually reduced my overall premium amount. Melissa was very thorough and explained the reasoning behind her policy recommendations clearly and precisely. Plus she and her staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. She met with me in person while visiting Minneapolis and was very helpful in understanding what insurance coverage would be beneficial.
